Ms. Machin is an experienced non-executive Director, and former politician. She served as the Chair of NRMA, Customer Owned Banking Association (COBA), was a Director on the Boards of Destination NSW, the National Occupational Licensing Authority, Australian Automobile Association, a Committee member of the Olympic Stadium committee and was appointed by the Federal Government on the Migration and Refugee Review Tribunal. Ms. Machin also led the NSW Urban Taskforce as its Executive Director.
Ms. Machin currently chairs the Boards of Reflection Holiday Park, ANCP and is a director of NSW Forestry corporation and Heritage Bank.
Her community activities include President of Save the Children Fund NSW, Director of Save the Children Australia, Deputy Chair of the Australian Republican Movement and the National Council for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect.
In her former political career, she served as a Cabinet Minister under Premier John Fahey as Minister for Consumer Affairs and Assistant Minister for Roads and Transport.
